Salesforce Integration: Unable to authenticate?

    My Salesforce integration is not authenticating, and I know the credentials are correct.

    Upon checking our records, I see that you were already authenticated and then we you edited the current integration, it fails to authenticate when you click the "Complete" button. I tried to do that same steps you had unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the problem. 

    Here's mine:

    Please do make sure that your username and password you are using is the Salesforce integration account and is correct or valid, in my case, the username is actually an email address. Please also make sure that the security token is still active, if you previously change your password, I believe the token will also reset. You may also contact Salesforce support and ask if your account is somewhat locked out or if there are any errors where a 3rd party app is connecting on the said account.
