I am so close to this being perfect but have one issue.
On the final submission after the Manager signs and approves the application it should send a copy to the manager and the Western/CCIS Contact as well as submits to jotform. It should also send a notification to email@example.com that an nomination has been received.
I have had some help from another collegue on this and he set up Auto responder 5,6,7. To stop the Western/CCIS contact and the manger from getting the same email after each edit but now they don't get one at all although it looks like they should.
