My forms are disabled

    Hi Jotform Support,

     

    All of my forms have been disabled. I'm not sure why. Please re-enable them.

    Our apologies. Your account was autosuspended by our system. I have re-activated it after finding no violations of our terms. I have also added your forms to our whitelist to avoid this from happening again.
