Issue saving after edit

Every time I made an edit in your software, and then tried to save them, it would not work. I finally figured out a workaround, but it appears your system has a bug or something. I am using Chrome on a Mac running El Capitan version 10.11.6, and I very rarely have any issues with other form builders I use.

It's been 48 hours since I sent my initial email, and I have received ZERO help aside from the creation of this thread...which isn't much. I spend over $1,000 per year on forms currently, and Jotform has been nothing but a headache! I cannot believe I was recommended to your company, lol.

Think I'll stick with Wufoo and NINJA forms.

    Hello Joe,

We have not encountered any reports regarding issues on saving forms. By just telling us that there are bugs without any information on what actually it is will not solve any problem at all. Most of our developers are on El Capitan or on Sierra so they should have been able to find the problem out before any part of the page can be published.

I also see my colleague asked for specifics from the other thread about your concern. He gave steps on providing a screenshot as well so for us to be able to fully understand the issue if in case you are having difficulty explaining it, however we have not received any details as of yet. For now, we can only speculate on some matters which may find logical such as it being a browser issue.

Our form builder uses drag and drop and is built on the purpose for giving users ease of use of the form builder. So it's mostly uses Javascripts. With this, any javascript blocking or altering tools that you have on your browser may affect how the form builder runs.

You can try to reset your browser to see if it resolves your problem. You can check this How To Geek guide for resetting your browser to its default settings: http://www.howtogeek.com/171924/how-to-reset-your-web-browser-to-its-default-settings/

It might be a browser add-on issue as well (if you have installed a lot of items on your browser). You can try checking this guide on how to check and disable some browser add-ons: http://www.howtogeek.com/139916/how-to-view-and-disable-installed-browser-plug-ins-in-any-browser/

In any case, feel free to share with us the specific problems you are experiencing.

    All the best :)
