I am unable to access my forms

    Jotform won't allow me to access my forms!

    When I click on the form title, then "edit form", it goes to a blank webpage.  How can we fix this?

    Please access Jotform using our preferred domain for your location which www.jotform.ca. Make sure to use this domain every time when you want to access Jotform and make sure to log in to your account.

    Also, clear your forms cache: How to Clear your Form Cache so with your browser's caches: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache.

    Do let us know if the issue still persists after trying these solutions.

    I'm also experiencing the same problem.  I cleared both the form and browser cache however I am not having any success in accessing my forms.
