I cannot receive notifications when a customer fills in a form

    As per the title, we have customers now who are ordering their products by using Jotform, but that information has stopped being sent to our email as of around last week. Our payments haven't lapsed so everything should still be in place.

    I don't know if this has anything to do with Jotform 4.0, but I need it to work asap.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. When I check your e-mail logs, everything seems working properly for your notifications. Would you please review my result?

    Also, you can check it yourself by following this user guide: How to View All Your Form Email History

    Would you please kindly check your spam folder? And if you see an email which was sent from Jotform, would you please mark it as not spam?
