How to retrieve a purged form back?

    I mistakenly purged a form and didn't realize i was removing it forever

    How do I get the form back? The form was called EE enrollment form.

    I will pay for it!

    Hello,

    If you had just deleted the form, you could have retrieved it back from the trash folder as you can find it in the following document: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms 

    However, I am sorry to inform you about that if you purge a form from the trash folder, there is no way to retrieve back.
