As far as I can see, I have properly configured the form to forward submissions to my email inbox. However, it is not doing this. Please explain what I am missing. Thank you.Page URL:

I cloned a copy of your form and found out that the email recipient is empty. Can you try to re create the email notification on your form? Please make sure that the recipient field has an email address set to recieve these notifications.
Please let us know if this works.

Thanks. I filled in my email there but didn't realize that it had to be in recipient email. Now it works.
