Can we eliminate JotForm footer text on forms?

Great, thanks! Your quick support makes me want to subscribe. But I have a couple questions:

1) On a paid membership, can we eliminate the "Powered by JotForm" text on all forms?

2) Are we locked into a contract beyond month-to-month?

1. That is correct. Once you subscribe to any of the paid plans, the footer text will be automatically removed from your forms.

2. No, we do not have a locked-in period. You can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime you wish.
