I use your forms for all sorts of things, including job applications. I would find it extremely helpful if there were a way to store notes on the forms.

ie. "Phone Interview on 06/08 8am. Good candidate. Lots of experience."

Something in the form of a post-it would be lovely. For internal use only.

    The flags just aren't enough.

    Thank you for your consideration,

It's actually possible to do this by inserting a text area into the form labeled "For internal use only" (so users would know to ignore it). You can then enter notes in that text area by going to the submissions page of the form, loading the submission in question, clicking the Edit button, entering the notes in the text area and clicking the the form's submit button, just as if you were making a submission. If the form has an autoresponder, the user will not be notified of your addition. However, be careful not to include any edit links in any of the form's autoresponders or in the thank you message because in such circumstances, the user would be able to read your notes by simply clicking the link!

So, your suggestion certainly has merit and I will forward it to our developers.

    Thanks for the idea.
