We are so sorry for the inconvenience issue you've experienced. When I checked your account, I found that your account was suspended by the auto-suspend system, because of phishing.
We have a system which detects the phishing fields in Jotform and this system suspends the accounts and disables the forms if there are fields that include phishing. However, in rare cases we can encounter the suspends which are made by mistake. Especially we encounter this issue with the forms which have been created in foreign languages.
