Our credit card got rejected, so we lost access to our jotform account for 3 days, and now after we provided a card again and logged in, all the forms we have created are gone.
Can you tell us what happened and how can we get back our forms?
We have people filling the forms at the moment and it's critical for us to get them back.

I checked the account associated with the email address that was used to post in this thread and as per checking the forms from this account (seedstars), I can see that the forms are still accessible.
Are you still can't able to see the forms?
If issue still persists, please let us know.
