How to make read only the Checklist Widget?

Hello,

i created a form with check box so that my visitor can see but i want to strict them from ticking the box

is there a way i can do that. i want to be able to tick it myself internally n restrict vistors from altering the form

According to my understanding, you are wondering about how to make Checklist Widget read-only. 

Unfortunately, there is no such an option in the Checklist Widget so you need to use Multiple Choice form field if it is your issue.

Please follow the steps below:

1- Add Multiple Choice Widget.

2- Click Properties Button. Open Advanced and turn on Read Only option.
