Hi, I would like to send an auto responder on the date our customers specify in a form. Is there any way to do this automatically as an auto responder?

I'm afraid there's no way to do that at the moment. You're limited to sending the autoresponder emails using predefined options to SEND EMAILS LATER.
So, here's what I did to help - I've elevated your thread as a feature request instead. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be added or not. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the amount of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.
We can't give you any timeframe but we'll keep you apprised on this same thread if/when there's an update.

Thanks for you very quick response. I do hope there are others that would be able to use this feature!

Great News!
This feature has been recently implemented. It is now possible to date field for the scheduled date to send autoresponder.
How this feature works?
Once you add a date field to your form, the date field is seen under dropdown options on autoresponder setting.
Thus, the autoresponder email will be sent on the date selected by your user. Please give it a try and do let us know if you have further questions.
