Hello,
I have checked your account and I have seen that a user named "alex McGrouther " has submitted your form named "Orchard Park Contact" and you have received a notification email as you can see the screenshot below:
Also, the related submission has been saved into your submission page as you can see its screenshot below:
As I have understood from the header, this submission email is saved into the 'spam' folder of your email address. You can mark it as NOT SPAM.
You can check the following guide related to Yahoo Spam Filter: http://smallbusiness.chron.com/make-yahoo-spam-filter-work-59846.html
I did not see any problem related to this email and I did not see anything wrong with this. Could you please tell us further about the problem?
Thanks in advance.

test emails are not all being received by yahoo emails - even hotmail email account didn't receive the test messages - is there any way to clear this up as its costing our client a lot of business.
Thank you

Hello again,
Please be notified about this feature: Test emails aren't being sent to recipient email addresses. The test emails are only being sent to account owner's email address as you can see the screenshot below:
If you want to test the recipient email addresses belongs to the form, please fulfill the form manually and submit it.
I hope this helps.
Thanks in advance.

The Test messages are being sent from the client's website - not from jotform - and they are not being received by the client.
Visitors to the website can complete the form and submit it ok - but it is NOT being received by the client.
Can you help please?

Hello again,
Sorry for the misunderstanding. As I have understood the problem now, orchardparkhotel@yahoo.co email addresses did not receive notification emails when the users submit your form named "Orchard Park Contact".
As I have checked, your recipient email addresses orchardparkhotel@yahoo.co were in the bounce list as you can see the screenshots below:
That was the reason orchardparkhotel@yahoo.co email addresses did not receive notification emails. I have removed your recipient email addresses from our bounce list.
So that, the email addresses are able to receive emails normally now.
Moreover, you can check if any email is in our bounce list or not and if the email address is in our bounce list, you can remove it as you can see at the following document link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Also, please check related guide for more detailed information about preventing email bouncing related issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
Please check again, If you need further assistance or if you have any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you.
