I have inspected your forms and they are working properly on my end. Also you embedded form is working.
However it seems that there was an issue with form.jotformeu.com domain and it was blocked in Turkey.
However, the issue is fixed now. If you are still unable to view your forms, you can try to remove eu (form.jotformeu.com) from URL of your forms.
You should also remove eu from your iFrame embed code.
If the issue still persist on your end let us know.
