Can't enter a 'required field'

Hover text prevents us from entering a value in a 'required field'.

Select event on Sunday YES --- see output when trying to enter a value in estimated hours.

I looked through your form and did not see an "Event on Sunday" field.  I also did not see any fields being covered by hint text.
