Notification email not matching form submission fields

    I have some forms that the responses do not match up to on the email version, however when I look at the submission in the JotForm submission history the fields do match up.  How do I get the email response to work properly?

    I have visited your website and found that the "EVENT INQUIRIES" button leads to

    Upon examination of this form, I found that you are using a custom body for the notification email, which may explain why you are having mismatches between the emails you receive and the actual submissions you can see in the submissions list.

    I would recommend resetting your email notifications to the default content by removing the existing notification and then adding a new one again and configuring its recipients.
