FOrm entries gone

hello-

i created a form and it had 30 entries.  I then needed to changed one of the form options (the user could select from two different time slots and the first time slot had reached maximum occupancy).  Upon removig that time slot it seems that all of the submission information from the form is now gone, and i can only see a few of the contents from entries for the other time slot?  How can i get back the lost form data?  I have 54 submissions and only information on three or four of the results.
