Why is it stating that my email has been blockedby JotForm?

    Hello, I recently created a jot form, and have not been receiving the forms via email. Could you tell me why when I attempt to send an email to a particular address it states that this emailed has been blocked by JotForm? Please advise. Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter.

    I checked your account and it is active, your email is not in blocked list. Checking your email logs i could see some mails being sent to your email, see logs below

    Please lets know which email address that when sending email indicates blocked.

    I have now remove your email "info@*********.com" in our bounce list. Email blocked is usually happens when your mail server failed to receive our notification emails and that is why your email address added on our bounce list.
