How to add a checkbox to have the billing address the same as the mailing address?

In my form I ask for mailing address and billing address.   Is there a way I can add a check box if they are the same it auto fills?  This way they person wouldn't have to re-enter the information.

Please note that upon inspection of your form, I found that you are not using a payment integration, instead you are using normal fields to collect sensitive data such as credit card information, and that violates our terms of use.
