Education/Non-Profit Pricing

    I'm on the parish staff at St. Raphael Parish/School in Ohio. As a church and non-profit, would we be eligible for a discount?

    I set up an account under doc.andrewk@gmail.com to try Jotform out. I really like it. If a discount is approved, I could either keep the account under this email address or use my parish email address, akereky@saintraphaelparish.com

    You need to apply so we can check if you're eligible or not for the non-profit discount. Here's the link of our non-profit and educational discount:

    All necessary information needed is in the link. After applying, give us up to 24 hrs to process the request. Upon approval, you should get an email that looks like the image below:
