How to setup a condition that will allow users to proceed without paying?

On the form I've attached to this, we are needing to create a way for our customers to complete the form, even if they do not pay through Paypal.  Currently, the only way we can receive the notification that we've had a submission is if the customer follows through and pays the balance.  Many of our customers need the ability to submit, and pay us when they arrive for the event.  Can you help us set that up?

This can be achieved by adding another question to your form. You may use a Radio Button (Single Choice field) that will ask them if they want to pay now or not.

Afterwards, setup your condition with this logic:

IF Will you pay now? IS EQUAL TO Yes THEN SHOW My Products
