Embedded form shifts to the left when a certain tab is pressed

    I have an enrollment form that is embedded on our website. I've been testing the form out before going live with it and it works fine until I get to the phone number field.  As soon as I press the tab button to go to that field, the entire form shifts to the left and you can no longer see the fields.  I've never had this problem before.

    Can you let us know what 'tab' is that? I cannot seem to replicate the problem on Firefox and Chrome. If you are still getting it, please try embedding the form by iframe method:

    If the issue persists, try to change your form width. It's currently set to 800px, try to lower it down. Maybe, 650px.
