Calculate field shows correct result but after seconds, the calculated field changes

Calculate field shows correct result but after seconds or when moving cursor to other field, the calculated field changes, for example fom 0.47 to 47, losing the "0." part.

The others calculated field show their results correctly.

Please see the image, from 1 to 4 part, far more simple than write/read about it.

It seems that there is some conflict with the 'Use commas for decimal point.' option, so I would like to suggest disabling it.
