I am using a secure jotform (https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/21544429681962) which uses PayPal. I receive the funds but not the notification (and am concerned that the auto-responder is also delayed).
Once I investigate 'Incomplete Submission', I can find the submission (often duplicated - perhaps because of a PayPal problem). Once I accept the submission, all works.
The submissions affected by this were lodged on:
2012-06-11 11:37:29 2012-06-10 08:35:54 2012-06-09 15:19:39 2012-06-08 22:45:23 2012-06-07 14:18:04 2012-06-06 02:12:44
Cannot give you the URL of the webpage as it is inside a secure area but the form is set up as iFrame.
Is this an issue with the secure form? I need to use the secure form as it resides inside a secure environment and I don't want to worry users with irrelevant security warnings.
Also, would like to tag this as 'Incomplete Submission' but the field runs out after 'submissio'

Hello Frank. Can you please try doing the following steps:
- Log-in to your merchant account
- Click Profile
- On the right side, click "Instant Payment Notification Preferences"
- You'll see a page explaining IPN features, click "Choose IPN Settings" button at the bottom.
- Put following URL in the "Notification URL" box: http://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php
- Select "Receive IPN messages (Enabled)"
- Click Save.
If after setting your IPN in your Paypal account and the problem still persists, please let us know.

Thanks for your prompt response. I realize this may be a PayPal question but it can take forever to get to a human in that organization to answer this question: Do you know if PayPal permits multiple IPN URLs? We use PayPal to update our membership database, thus have these settings:

If you are reading this email on a PC, you may have to open the html attachments (if they're over 1KB is a good clue) to read earlier parts of the message. If you're using a Mac, you don't have a problem.

As far as I know, it is not possible to set multiple IPNs through PayPal Profile Settings.
It seems that you have disabled all the notifications, by switching "Message Delivery" to disabled.
Can you please enable it? There is a chance that information will be sent to both your IPN and our IPN URLs.
If that does not work, please let us know. We will try to find some workaround.
