It is not automatically applied on the account. It could be possible you have unknowingly clicked on one of the pop up that trigger your Form Builder to use the JotForm V4 instead.
You can just reset it and go back to previous version 3.

Please be noted that the change is applied to the form builder interface only. The information on the form or form submission data will not be affected by this change.
I like some features of V4 but have to work on getting images into the forms.
Are you referring to the image wizard in the V4 form builder? If so, you can add the Image field by clicking on Add Form Element button on the left side and change the image from the Properties tab.
