Will you please tell me where the html code is for my form?

If you were referring to the source code of the form. Please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

If you're using the new form builder version 4, here's how:

1. Open your form and click the Publish tab. Select the Embed tab and click the Source Code to view the code.

2. You can download the source code or copy the code.
