My image is showing up as blank in the autoresponder emails.

I did a test submission on your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's the autoresponder screenshot:
I also cloned your form and check the autoresponder settings. The image is showing properly. Here's a screenshot:
Let us know if you're trying to change the image and if that's the reason why the image is not showing properly.
