How to set up continue later

I have tried filling out the form, and am not getting any emails (as to the person filling out the form)

It would appear,  I will not get any emails until I hit submit at the end..not what I want , should get an email after each section/page is filled out, correct?

No, it is not possible sending an email after each page is completed. The form needs to be submitted.
