Problem sharing the survey.

I've created a survey and published it, but when i share the link it requires the user to create a JotForm account.  What's going on?

Users should be able to fill in a form without creating a Jotform account. I cloned your form and sent a test submission. I was able to do so without having to login to my jotform account.

Is the link that you shared here the same link that you shared to your users? Was there a specific message when you encountered this issue? Can you please send us a screenshot of this? Here's how: How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?
