Wrong Paypal Email entered during setup.

    I had the wrong PayPal email entered on the form, jch.bmp@paypal.com.

    The correct email is, jch.bmp@gmail.com.

     

    I have some incomplete orders.  How can I correct this?

    I see that the submissions from the wrong paypal email are in the Incomplete Payments folder. This means the payments have not been processed yet. Unfortunately since the previous submissions were sent with the wrong paypal email, you will have to ask your users to resubmit the form in order to complete their payment with the correct paypal email.
