Form not found/blank

We have previously built and published a form which currently works on my website. I now wish to update the form but the fie cannot be found.

I checked your form and found that it has been created under a guest account. I also noticed that you are using a different email address aside from the one under the guest account. If you are planning to create a separate account for that form, you may do so by signing up the other email address and creating a personal account for it.

But if you wish to merge the forms from the guest account to your account krabiwingchun, please let us know.
