Is there a way we can prevent the blacklisting. It seems to be happening like once every two weeks.

We highly recommend users to set up SMTP sender on their form to have more control over the emails. Here's a guide on How to Setup SMTP for a Form.
If issue still persist, please try to contact your email provider and ask them to whitelist JotForm email address. You can find JotForm Email addresses in this guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
