One issue we have providing services in the field is that when we upload several pictures from ipad or iphone and submit it, the photo files are not compressed in anyway when sent and they can take a long time and too submit. Unfortunately the iphone or ipad doesn't have any way to take picture in lower resolution so as to speed up the submit time.  Jotform is currently not very practical when using in field when adding photos to the form because of this. Any ideas about this.  We also use another software called servicepal.com which compresses the photos heavily so they submit almost instantly in there forms. Any ideas to help?

    Hi again,

You can check out the File Uploader by Uploadcare for uploading files. It enables uploading and editing pictures. It allows multiple uploads and can manually crop images before attaching. You can find out more about this, in this blog: Uploadcare: A New Way to Upload Files to Your Form.

You can also try the Simple Resize iOS app to resize images before uploading to your form.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
