I have checked your email account and found out that it is in the bounce list. That is why you have been unable to receive notifications.
I have removed it off the list and you should be able to receive emails from JotForm as of now. You can also check whether your email account is in the bounce list or not. You can even remove it if it somehow is in the list. Please read our guide about how:
