On my form, one of the questions (email address) never gets answered, though it's marked as mandatory. I get on my email the list of answers, except that particular one (as you can see on the screenshot attached to this message). Can you help me sort this out?

The Email Address field is required on your form. However, it's not included on the Email Notification body template that you customized.
To fix this, just add the field to your email body template:
NOTE: I just placed it above the Full Name field on my example above but you're free to decide where to place it.
