My account has suspended

    i get an error - "form not found"  when trying to use the link..

    Hello,

     

    I have checked your account and I have seen that your account has been auto-suspended by our automatic phishing detection system as you have requested sensitive information (credit card details) in your account as you can see below:

    This situation violated our Term Of Use.

     

    So, I had to delete these forbidden fields from your form and re-activated your account again.
