    Hi,

i need to send my petition form to senators to get funding for our school system. I have about 45 people that should be receiving the form notification that details what the petition is all about and providing the information on the person that submitted it. In a previous e-mail it was mentioned that the Maximum Number of Recipient addresses on an Email Notification was 30 but I see that others say they were successful in creating multiple notifications allowing them to send to more people. https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

Please let me know what my options are in this instance.

As suggested in the thread you specified, you should create a mailing list or email alias on your hosting control panel and use that email address instead.

Could I just add a second notification email with the additional recipients?

Yes. You may also add a new notification with additional recipients. As mentioned in the guide Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients, each notification can be sent only to 10 recipients. Since you have 45 recipients, you'll be required to add 5 notifications.

    Hope this information helps!
