    Is JotForm working on an update to the iOS app? It's in dire need of some fixes. For example, when I receive a notification of a new submission, and slide to open the app from the lock screen, the app begins to load and then immediately crashes.

    Also, when viewing the submissions, the Q/A are jumbled up and not in the same order as the form was built.

    Thank you for contacting us. We are very sorry for any inconveniences brought about by these issues.

    For example, when I receive a notification of a new submission, and slide to open the app from the lock screen, the app begins to load and then immediately crashes.

    Have you tried reinstalling the application on your phone? 'Crashing' is caused by so many factors. If after reinstalling it still crashes, please do let us know.

    Also, when viewing the submissions, the Q/A are jumbled up and not in the same order as the form was built.

    I have submitted a ticket for this particular issue. We will contact you as soon as this gets fixed.

    Yes, I did delete and then reinstall the app, but the crah still occurs. Also I forgot to mention that the badge notifications do not work at all.
