    Does the account email address receive email notifications automatically on form submissions?

    Hi I have set up a form on my website about 1 year ago and when I went to test it today it is not working

    I contacted you earlier and got a reply that my company email address info@cavancentre.ie was in the bounded area so they removed it.

    I have tried still nothing not even going into spam

    I need to get this to wotk

    also very confused as if I set up a new account and select a new template when I sign up the email address I give is that automatically the email address the selected when the contact form is sent???

    Need help asap as getting very confused

    Hi Elaine, thank you for contacting us.

    I examined the website that you linked us to, and found that it's using this form: https://www.jotform.com/60916159882365

    Upon inspecting this form, I found that it has an email notification set up, and it sends to info@cavancentre.ie which is the email that my colleague amy mentioned to you in your previous thread, and removed indeed from the bounce list.

    Please note that if you still have issues regarding this email, you may follow the guides that my colleague amy detailed in her reply to your previous thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1061366 and reply over there. We try to keep each thread about a single question/request and I thank you in advance for understanding.

    As to your request of help regarding which email address receives notifications when the contact form is sent, I examined your account and found this form, which I assume is what you were referring to: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/62845321787363

    By examining this form I found that it doesn't have an email notification setup, so when you do a submission in this form, you will not receive an email notification.

    Please let us know if this is the form you actually meant, and if it's not, please provide us with the link to the correct form, so that we can either guide you through setting up email notifications, or just set things up for you after receiving your permission to do so, and which emails you would like to receive the notifications.
