How can I allow my staff to access the IOS app and just have access to the forms?

To provide the app to my staff to complete forms, It appears I would have to provide them with the username and password to the account. If I do that, they will have access to all the functionality of the program, ie. delete files, edit forms information, etc. I just want them to open the app and fill out the forms without any other access or rights. Is this possible?

We have been using the program for a year and love it, but, this is our frist attempt as using the App.

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly. Does your stall only needs to fill and submit your forms? If so you can provide them direct link of your form and they will be able to fill it and submit it on any device. You can send them link of your form via email.

You can also embed your forms to webpage and provide them the link of your embedded form.

If you want to gave them the access to edit your forms, then you can add them as sub account user of your account and give them permission only to edit form. Please note that free account can have only one sub account user.
