Can we redirect an old form to a new one?

we have made a new jot form sign up page for our daily newsletter. we have changed all the links we know of to the new jot form but still receive sign up's from the old jot form as well. we do not want to delete the old jot form because we still want those subscribers to be able to sign up ...is there any way without just deleting the old jot form that we can re-direct the told jot form to the new jot form since we can't locate where the link is coming from?

Based on the explanation that you kindly provided, the only practical solution that I would recommend is introducing a "Text" element in a very visible part of your old form, and inserting inside it a link to the new form, with an explanation that this is now a deprecated form and that the new form is what should be filled.
