Pay total amount on form with Paypal (conditional fields)

Hi i am trying to create a form where different values adds to an amount at the end of the form and the user would pay the total amount calculated at the end. Problem is that when i run the Paypal wizard they ask me to use a pre chosen amount. Problem is that a don't know the amount since it's calculated from conditional fields in the form. Is it possible to achieve what i want to do and how should i do that?
