When a test center submits an application on our website at pearsonvue.com, it is being uploaded as a pdf into dropbox, but it is not sending a copy of the application as an email to our email box at email@example.com. It seems like it stopped working around 9:30am CST yesterday. It is very important we receive these notifications. Can you please assist?

I checked your email history logs and I didn't see any email recipients landed on our bounce list. If you're using the Test Email in the Notification settings, it will only send to the registered email address of the account owner. You need to fill up the form manually and click the Submit button in order to test if the email recipients added to the notification will receive it or not.
Please check your email spam section. If you find anu JotForm emails, please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
