    Status of our Non Profit request

    Hi, 

     

    I sent a request for Non Profit discount. I wonder if it was approved or if it's still under review.

    I have checked our records by using your account username and email address. But I was not able to find any information about your Non-Profit request. Did you apply for the discount by filling the application form from the URL below:

    https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

    If not, we request you to fill the application provided in the web page above so that one of our team members will review the application. Once the application is approved, you'll be receiving an email with the discounted pricing links to upgrade the account.

    Hi Kirian,
    I'm trying to upload the 990 form and I hit the submit button but it
    doesn't go beyond that piont. I wonder what I'm doing wrong. I mean it
    doesn't give a confirmation that it was subbmitted.

    Unfortunately, I am still not able to find any application with your account username or email address. Could you try opening the application using a different browser or a private/incognito window and see if that helps?
