Centering an image & Header

I'm trying to center an image and header with now luck.  With the new version, I think maybe i'm missing something.  Can you tell me how to do this?

These fields are centered by default, what you need to do is to turn the shrink option to no, this way they display centered. 

For the image field you need to click on the properties button and go to the options tab: 

Then scroll a bit down to find the option: 

For the heading field only open the properties and scroll down to find the option.
