I need help embedding the same form on the same page.

I can not embed the same for on my site and need a workaround if possible.  I am using word press plugin and seems to work fine.  I tried using the embed code to embed two forms and still did not work.

I suggest you try embedding your 2 forms on the same WP page using the form's iframe published code.
