Hi.
we set up a form Skye Electrical: Open Account and it was sending the email to hi@skyeblock.com.au
It was working and it stop send email since the 24th of January.
We have a similar form called Central Park Electrical: Open Account. It has the same comfiguration.
it works.
I tried to test the email on the jetform portal, but he send the email to the profile owner rather than the sender email.
Can you please check why the form Skye Account doens't send email to hi@skyeblock, please?

It appears that the email address hi@skyeblock.com.au was added to the bounce list, which is why you were unable to receive the emails there. I have now removed the email address from the list so the next notifications should send successfully.
