Forms viewed in Safari

    Hi...

I have successfully created a 'Membership Enquiry' form for our website and it works fine on most search engines, however when the form is opened on Apple Safari, much of the form is missing.

I have spoken to Xara (I designed my site using Xara Web Designer Premium 365) and they advise that I need to increase the size of my placeholder, which I have done and it works reasonably well... the problem is now that the form has expanded when viewed on Safari - it is considerably larger than when viewed on Chrome/Firefox/Explorer etc.

Consequently, I have had to increase my web page size to accommodate the form being viewable on Safari, which means that on other platforms there is a large amount of white space.

    Can this be resolved?

    Many thanks

    Hi Robert,

I suggest you to revert your website to its initial stance and embed your JotForm form with the iFrame method

It should prevent the form being cut off on any browser or device and you should no longer have the large white space which is caused by the increased placeholder. I hope this helps.

Please contact us again if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards
